The dining room occupies the center of the house between the two main entertaining rooms. All three of these principal rooms give onto the porch overlooking the water; the family room also opens onto the pool terrace and pergola. The open kitchen overlooks both the pool terrace and the entry courtyard, while an adjacent wing includes a pool bath and cabana. Four bedroom suites (one on the ground floor) and a luxurious master suite (with private waterside balcony) complete the internal arrangement. The attached garage wing includes a second-floor suite designed to accommodate home office or staff quarters.
