Hamptons Cottages & Gardens celebrated its May issue and the start of its sixth season on April 30 with a cocktail party at Valbella restaurant in Manhattan's Meatpacking District. On display in the space, designed by Bartels Pagliaro Architects, were paintings by artist Jacques Bartels.
