HC&G NEWS
NORWALK, CT, June 24, 2010—For the first time in its 10-year history, Hamptons Cottages & Gardens has published an entire issue sponsored by a single advertiser. This special June 25, 2010 issue carries a total of 40 ad pages from The Corcoran Group and is an additional issue of the magazine, which is published seven times per year.
"We are delighted that The Corcoran Group chose HC&G for such a breakthrough marketing program and demonstrated its belief in the magazine's ability to deliver qualified leads," said Marianne Howatson, CEO & Publication Director of Cottages and Gardens Publications. "What is most gratifying about this program? Two influential players hailing from two distinct industries are leveraging their strengths to reach homebuyers and sellers throughout the Hamptons."
"Although Corcoran is the only advertiser in the issue, the editorial covers an in-depth look at 'House Hunting in the Hamptons' without input from the advertiser," said HC&G Editor in Chief, Kendell Cronstrom.
According to Corcoran President and CEO Pamela Liebman, "The HC&G special issue is a unique way for Corcoran to connect with visitors and residents of the East End who may be considering purchasing a home in the community. It showcases properties in an uncluttered environment surrounded by editorial features that are a resource of stylish East End living. It's what Corcoran always strives to provide – beautiful properties and useful information on how and where people live. It's a great summer read we think people will enjoy and use."
A cocktail reception celebrating the special HC&G edition will be held on its release date, Thursday, June 24, from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at the spectacular Water Mill home of Glenn Simon which is represented exclusively by Gary DePersia of Corcoran.
